The learned Advocate for the respondent No.3 has invited my attention to the order dated 17.09.2013 allotting the land in question in favour of the petitioner. 2.

The said order shows that the land in question was allotted to the petitioner for a period of three years from 17.09.2013. The said period had expired during pendency of the present petition.
