By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondent committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the Vigilance cell conducted the enquiry and submitted a report to the Committee. Also, he submitted that the petitioner passed the CET examination in April 2024, and therefore, he needs a validity certificate for further education. Hence, he would urge to direct the Committee to expedite the tribe claim of the petitioner. 3.
Mr. Ghodeshwar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submits that the Court may pass an appropriate order considering the facts and circumstances of the case.

Having considered the same, in our opinion, it would be appropriate to direct the Committee to expedite the tribe claim of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15.07.2024.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
