DATE : 31.03.2015 By this petition, the petitioner had challenged the order extending the term of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee from 4.3.2014 to 3.9.2014.

As the term, till which the Managing Committee of the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee was extended, has expired during the pendency of the writ petition, the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
