The applicant has been granted adinterim bail vide order dated 29.04.2025. One of the condition that is imposed is that, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station twice a week and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.

The present application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition for 19.05.2025 and Rgd.

Order vc1905appp986.25 22.05.2025. The learned Counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the attendance sheet to contend that the applicant is regularly attending the police station in compliance of the orders passed by this Court.

The learned Counsel appearing for the informant [not party to the application] does not oppose the request, although the learned A.P.P. is strongly opposing the same.

In view of no objection granted by the learned Counsel for the informant, the applicant is granted exemption from personal appearance before the investigating officer for 19.05.2025 and 22.05.2025 only. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
