Heard.

The applicant who is in custody in connection with Crime 123 of 2017 registered at Police Station Nandanwan, Nagpur for offence punishable under section 364, 302, 143, 144, 147, 149, 201, 120(b)(1) of the Indian Penal Code, is seeking bail on the ground of parity. The learned APP Shri M.K. Pathan, in all fairness, does not dispute that the material against the present applicant and that against the co-accused Kunal, Rahul and Atul is similar.

The application shall have to be allowed on the principle of parity.

The applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 30,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Police Station Nandanwan, Nagpur till conclusion of the trial.
