The appeal is allowed vide judgment and order dated 30.01.2024, wherein the respondent was directed to pay compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- within a period of four months from the date of judgment along with interest @ 6 % p.a. from the date of judgment till realisation of the amount. 2.

The amount is not deposited in the respective bank account of the appellant till date. The learned counsel for respondent submits that the appellants should be directed to furnish the bank Prity

The appellants are directed to provide the details to the said authority, as also to the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

The respondent is directed to remit the amount in the account of appellants within a period of six weeks from today.
