The order dated 8th June, 2020 passed below Exhibit 49 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Murtizapur in Regular Darkhast No. 21 of 2001, which is impugned in the present writ petition has lost his efficacy the moment the second appeal is restored and the stay granted in the second appeal has given its effect to.

In the circumstances, the order passed below Exhibit 49 dated 8th June, 2020 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Murtizapur in Regular Darkhast No. 21 of 2001 is hereby quashed and set aside and the writ petition is disposed of.
