This writ petition takes exception to the Order Below Exhibits 126 and 128 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.3, Nagpur, directing to handover custody of the minor at the earliest on or before 21st June, 2023 as per order below Exhibit 112, 115 and 116 dated 6th May, 2023 so that father can have temporary custody of minor for at least 17 days or till the end of school vacation whichever is earlier. 3.

Since the said period has already been over, the impugned order has lost its efficacy.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous as nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.
