APRIL 07, 2017 On 17th December, 2015, six months time was granted to file paper-book, failure thereto result in fine of Costs of Rs.500/-. On 14th December, 2016, further eight weeks time for filing of paper book and depositing of the costs by way of last chance was granted. However, the appellant has not complied with those orders till now.

If the aforesaid orders are not complied within a period of four weeks from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
