The petitioner and respondents no.1 to 6 have settled their dispute amicably settled on 06.04.2015 by executing amicable settlement deed executed before the Public Notary at Amravati. The petitioner and respondents no.1 to 6 are ready to act upon the settlement arrived between the parties on 06.04.2015. In view of the memo of deed of settlement, grant permission to withdraw petition. The copy of Memo of Settlement Deed dated 06.04.2015 executed between the petitioner and respondent nos.1 to 6 is annexed along with this pursis.

Hence this pursis."

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, for the reason stated in the pursis.
