Heard Shri S.P. Bhongade, learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the Full Bench judgment in the case of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare vs. State of Maharashtra, reported at 2009 (4) Mh. L.J. 961, the petitioners have to point out the vacancies and steps taken to fill in the same. In the absence of such material, we find ourselves unable to intervene in the matter.

Therefore, with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation after collecting necessary data and to approach the competent forum again if the grievance is not redressed within reasonable time, we dispose of the present petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
