Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that the issue involved in this case stands answered against the petitioner by the judgment rendered by the Aurangabad Bench in a bunch of writ petitions, bearing Writ Petition No.2505 of 1998 (Suresh Baburao Pardeshi & Ors. v. The State of Maharashtra & ors.) and others. It is stated that in the said writ petitions also, the petitioners had challenged the Government Resolution, dated 05/05/1998, as is done in this writ petition also. It is stated that this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed, in view of the judgment in Writ Petition No.2505 of 1998 and others.
Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment in Writ Petition No.2505 of 1998 and others, we dismiss the instant writ petition with no order as to costs.
Rule stands discharged.
