Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the grievance made in the original Petition is satisfied, however, by way of an application for amendment certain another directions have been sought such as disposal of the proposal already forwarded to Respondent No.5.

Since the Writ Petition is worked out and proposal already been forwarded, it is not necessary to consider both, the Application as well as the Writ Petition.
