Perused the judgment delivered by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench at Nagpur on 03.12.2015. The material on record does not show that the petitioner - a daughter who was married when her father expired way back in the year 1988 or thereafter when her mother expired in 1993, was dependent on either father or mother at that juncture. Her husband has expired on 31.01.2012. On 10.05.2010 for the first time she sought family pension.

In this situation, we do not see any jurisdictional error or perversity. Writ Petition is rejected. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
