The name in title clause is written as "Ratna". It appears that her name is "Ratnamala". The application is supported by affidavit. The identity proof i.e. Aadhar Card and PAN Card are annexed with the application before the Registrar.

The Registry is directed to verify those documents and release the amount in favour of Ratnamala Sudhirrao Rewatkar as per order dated 06/04/2023.
