All these applications are preferred by the applicants for grant of anticipatory bail regarding the different crime numbers registered against them. 2.

While hearing the applications, it was noted that the communication was issued by these applicants to the Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Project, which was contrary to the statement made before this Court. By passing order on 22.08.2024, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail and request of the learned Counsel for the applicants was accepted to the extent of filing of the affidavit that the applicants are tendering the unconditional apology. The said affidavits are filed by all the applicants in these applications.

In view of the expressions expressed in the order dated 22.08.2024 as disinclination is shown, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the applications.
