This is an application for condonation of delay of 44 days in filing the appeal.

Civil Application (F) No.2436/2016:

Learned counsel for appellant submits that he is having a cheque of the entire award of the amount. However, that cheque has expired and, hence he will be depositing the fresh cheque within a period of two weeks. On his request, time to deposit the entire amount of compensation is extended by a period of two weeks as a last chance.
