This Petition assails the order dated 7.12.2020, in Miscellaneous Criminal Application 2813/2019, rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, whereby the delay of 225 days in preferring Revision, challenging the order of issuance of process under sections 120-B, 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with section 34 of Indian Penal Code, dated 12.3.2019, in Miscellaneous Criminal Application 1459/2012, is rejected.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge observes, that although styled as '

an application seeking condonation of delay'

, there is not even a single word mentioned in the Application which attempts to justify the delay. 3.

I have perused the Application seeking

The learned Additional Sessions Judge is absolutely right in recording that there is not even an attempt to justify or explain the delay and the only bald statement is that the delay of 225 days be condoned.
