Shri H.S. Chitaley, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP for respondent No. 1.

Petitioner No. 1 has expired during the pendency of the petition. His legal heirs are being brought on record. There is a delay of about 599 days.

The learned AGP is seeking time. Nobody appears for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The other petitioners propounding the same cause, are already on record. As such, the petition does not abate.

Hence, in this situation, we grant the applications for condonation of delay and legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. The necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
