Marpakwar, Advocate for petitioner Ms Tajwar Khan, AGP for respondent no.1 CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATE : 02.09.2015 The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent no.1 - Divisional Commissioner to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.07.2014. According to the petitioner, though the petitioner had preferred an appeal under Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline And Appeal) Rules, 1964 on 30.7.2014, the same has not been decided by the Divisional Commissioner as yet. It is stated that a great loss has been caused to the petitioner in view of the order of the Chief Executive Officer. Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of three months, if the same is not decided as yet.

Order accordingly. No costs.

JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
