3] The petition seeks direction to the respondent No.2 - Education Officer to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner No.3 as Junior Clerk from the date of his initial appointment and to grant further all consequential benefits accrued to him. The alternate prayer is to direct the respondents to decide the proposal dated 19.11.2013, said to have been submitted by the petitioners within time. 4] Our attention is invited to the Government Resolution dated 28.01.2019, which prescribes the changed norms for grant of approval by prescribing the staffing pattern. We, therefore, put this to the petitioners and asked as to whether it is possible to submit fresh proposal to the Respondent No. 2 - Education Officer in terms of Government Resolution for grant of approval.
5] The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that such proposal shall be submitted within a period of 15 days. The learned AGP makes a statement that upon receipt of such proposal, the decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners within a period of eight

6] In view of above, the petition stands disposed of accordingly. The parties to act in terms of the statements made before this Court. No costs.
