DATE : 07/01/2019 It appears from the order dated 3/12/2018 and as contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Counsel for the respondents this writ petition has already been disposed of and now it has been kept only for ascertaining as to whether the compliance of the direction, regarding payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner by the respondents, is made or not.

Now Pursis bearing Stamp No.17643/2018 is placed on record. It is accompanied by the acknowledgment of receipt of costs of Rs.50,000/- issued by the petitioner. It is clear that the order dated 3/12/2018 has been complied with and therefore, nothing now remains in this petition.

Hence, the matter is closed accordingly.
