DATE : October 21, 2015 For reasons mentioned in the judgment dated 30/09/2015 in F.A. Nos.588 of 2003 and 191 of 2004, judgment of the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.188 of 1993 is partly modified and it is held that the claimants are entitled for compensation @ Rs.1,20,000/- per acre. Rest of the award passed by the Reference Court is maintained. At the request of learned counsel for the acquiring body, effect of this judgment is stayed for a period of three months. At the end of period of three months, the acquiring body shall deposit the amount of compensation in this Court and the claimants would be at liberty to withdraw the same.
