Prayer is to restore the Writ Petition as its registration was refused for non-removal of office objections. Application is supported by affidavit of counsel for the petitioner.

For reasons stated, order refusing registration is revoked. The Writ Petition is restored to file. The petitioner shall however, pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks. Objections if any, shall be removed within four weeks. If above directions are not complied with, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

MCA is allowed and disposed of.
