Date : 19th August, 2019 It seems that there is a dispute between the Management, and the Education Officer, by the impugned order dated 3-5-2019, has directed that the administrative authority be conferred upon one Padmakar Ajabrao Musle, the Superintendent. Our attention is invited to the alleged termination of the said Musle on 18-4-2019, which is the order passed by the petitioner, who claims to be the President of the Society.

In view of the dispute between the Management, we do not find any reason to interfere in the petition. The petition is dismissed.
