The limited question raised in this petition, is regarding rejection of an application as filed by the present petitioner under Section 11 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, vis-a-vis the respondent No. 4-Pralhad Dayaram Dhore contending, that he was never made a member of the respondent No.3-Society, and therefore, the respondent No.4 be declared as ineligible. The respondent No.1-Assistant Registrar, by the order dated 02/04/2014, rejected the

2 WP 4379-2016.odt application as filed by the petitioner, relying upon an inquiry report, which indicated, that the respondent No.4, was enrolled as a member of the respondent No.3, on 06/11/2009. The revision as filed, by the present petitioner before the respondent No.1 has also been rejected by the order dated 29/02/2016, relying upon the inquiry report holding that the respondent No.4 was enrolled as a member of the respondent No.3 on 06/11/2009. The inquiry report, has not been controverted by the petitioner, by placing any material adverse to the same, on record, in light of which, no fault can be found with the findings as rendered by the authorities below.

In the result, the writ petition is without any merits and is accordingly dismissed. With no order as to costs.
