The applicant/appellant has filed the application seeking grant of stay to the effect and operation of the judgment dated 13th February, 2019 passed by learned District Judge, Nagpur in RCA No. 413/2017. By the interim order dated 26th June, 2019 the impugned judgment was stayed until further orders.
