In the circumstances of the case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of rupees one crore on furnishing a bank guarantee and the remaining amount deposited by the appellant - V.I.D.C. by furnishing a solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
