The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms : 1) The respondents-University would consider the claim of the petitioner for the continuation of the first time affiliation for the year 2018-19 and onwards and not consider it as the first - first time affiliation.

2) The procedure/process required to be followed for considering the continuation of the first time affiliation to be granted to the petitioner with effect from 2018-19, would be completed within six weeks.

3) The fact that the petitioner had not appointed the teachers in view of the fact that the first time affiliation order was not actually served on the petitioner would be borne in mind by the respondents-University while considering the grant of continuation of the first time affiliation to the petitioner from the academic session 2018-19.

4) The Inspecting Committee would inspect the college of the petitioner on week days between 2.5.2018 till 11.5.2018. 5) No order as to costs.
