The application of the petitioner for extension of parole is rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted the papers pertaining to the alleged serious ailment of the petitioner's wife.

We have gone through the documents placed on record by the petitioner along with the petition. The documents placed on record do not show any serious ailment of the petitioner's wife which prevented him from returning to the jail on the due date. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
