Shri K.B. Ambilwade and Shri V.A. Dhabe, learned counsels for the respective respondents submit that the draft of the sale-deed, which has been submitted, has been approved. 2.

The only question which now arises is for appropriate permission of the Collector, for which, the respondents shall jointly make an application in the proforma already provided and hand it over to the petitioner to be submitted to the authorities, who shall pursue the same and after receipt of the appropriate permission, the sale-deed shall be executed and registered.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
