We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall stand served by issuing necessary directions to the respondent Committee. Accordingly, we direct respondent to decide the caste claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date on which all the necessary documents are submitted by the petitioner. 5.

Rule accordingly, No costs.
