This is application seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court. It is submitted that this Court has already dismissed the appeal on 21.04.2016.

In view thereof, the application is allowed an respondent No.1 the original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in the Court with interest accrued thereon.
