Parties agree that no reasons are required to be recorded for passing the present order. I, therefore, pass the following order :

i] By consent of the parties, impugned order dated 08.02.2018 passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Nagpur in Revision Application No. REV/TNC/ CHA-5/2014 is quashed and set aside.

ii] The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal Shall decide Revision Application No. REV/ TNC/CHA-5/2014 on merits within a period of three months from today.
