IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO.
OF Ashwini Rahul Gawali__ Vs. __Collector, Washim and ors --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Court's or Judge's orders appearances, Court's orders of directions and Registrar's orders --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. R.S.Kurekar, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. T.H.Khan, AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2 CORAM :
AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.
DATE : 10/07/2023 1] There is no dispute that the motion of no confidence against the present petitioner has been carried by majority of 8:1. Mr. Kurekar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reason for raising the no confidence motion was not justified. 2] In my considered opinion, the Court is precluded from going into the reasons for moving the no confidence motion. In that light of the matter, I do not see any merit in the petition. The same is dismissed. No costs.
