Heard Shri N.N. Thengre. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Addl. G.P. for respondent no.1 and Shri B.B. Mehadia, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Perused orders dated 05.12.2017 in Writ Petition No. 5069/2017, order dated 28.02.2018 disposing of earlier Contempt Petition No.72/2018 and Appellate order passed by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Bramhapuri dated 27.03.2018.

The last order directed employer to consider entitlement of petitioner to compassionate employment.

Employer has filed reply-affidavit stating that accordingly after evaluating the same, petitioner has been given compassionate employment by order dated 01.08.2018, and petitioner has reported accordingly. At that time she has also given in writing that she has no grievance against her employer in the matter.

As there was no specific direction to grant employment from a particular date, we cannot find that by providing employment to petitioner from 01.08.2018, respondents have committed any contempt. Proceedings are therefore, disposed of. No costs.
