The petitioners seek directions against respondent Nos.3 to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner No.1, to the post of Laboratory Assistant and alternative directions to respondent No.3 to consider the proposal dated 20.04.2022 submitted by petitioner No.3 (Annexure No.5) for grant of approval.

Learned A.G.P. states that the decision on the proposal for grant of approval will be taken within a period of six weeks.

In the light of said statements, the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (ii). 4.

Respondent No.3 is directed to take a decision on the proposal dated 20.04.2022 within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
