Criminal Application (APPA) No.586 of 2022 1.

This application seeks suspension of sentence and release of the appellant on bail.

Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was on bail throughout the trial and his sentence has also been suspended by the learned Sessions Court on the day of the judgment dated 17.6.2022, considering which, the sentence imposed is hereby suspended and the appellant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The criminal application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
