It is informed by the learned counsel for the parties that after the Industrial Court decided the respective complaints filed by the respondents herein, the Committee comprising of the Divisional Commissioner and other officers considered the representation/ proposal of the respondents that was submitted by the Zilla Parishad and thereafter both the respondents have been reinstated in service.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. JUDGE APTE
