No.5570 of 2022, decided on 21.9.2022 by holding that in a scheme application under Section 50A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, it is only the trustee who has a right to be heard. The position in the instant matter is the same, considering which the impugned order dt 27.05.2022 which permits the respondent to intervene is hereby quashed and set aside and the application for intervention at Exh. 23 is dismissed.
