Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
The non-compliance of the order dated 12-2-2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4581 of 2019 is the grievance made in this Contempt Petition.

In the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondentDeputy Director of Education to reconsider the case of the petitioner in the light of the observations made by this Court within a period of three months from the date of the order. 4.
The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent has filed on record the communication dated 1-1-2021 stating therein that the recommendation is made by the Deputy
1904cp188 of 2020.odt Director, Amravati Division, Amravati to the Additional Secretary, Department of School Education, Mantralaya, Mumbai for grant of pensionary benefits to the petitioner during the period from 13-7-1992 to 31-5-2013, i.e. for 21 years.

In this view of the matter, we are satisfied that the respondent- Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati has complied with the directions of this Court. However, as the decision was to be taken within a period of three months, the Director of Education, Pune is expected to take further steps in the matter expeditiously.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
