The order dated 13/06/2023 grants liberty to the petitioners to approach the Civil Court to have their legal rights adjudicated. We do not find any reason to further grant any relief till the period the petitioners approach Civil Court in the light of what has been observed in the said order. The application is therefore disposed of.
