On 28.04.2025 this Court while issuing notice directed not to pass any adverse order.

It appears that respondent No.2 has issued show cause notice dated 05-06/05/2025 though the authority to issue such notice is vested with the Registrar. 4.

Considering the earlier order passed by this Court and that without any authority respondent No.2 has issued show cause notice, the notice is stayed till next date of hearing.
