Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 02.11.2020, since the applicant was apprehending arrest in Crime 737/2020 registered with Police Station Risod, District Washim for offences punishable under section 376, 498 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The State has filed an affidavit in response stating that no evidence is found against the applicant and that the Investigating Agency shall be submitting a 'C' summary.
