The applicant was serving as System Administrator in Postal Department, who has misappropriated sum of Rs.3,10,759/-. The alleged occurrence is of the year 2016. The applicant has redeposited the entire misappropriated amount in the month of October/November, 2016 of which correspondence have been shown.

Though the Non-applicant State has resisted the bail by filing reply affidavit, however, no substantial ground for rejection

The only aspect about facilitating to the investigation has remained. Certain conditions would take care of said aspect, hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.

(ii) The interim protection granted by this Court on 03.09.2021, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

(iii) The applicant/accused shall continue to attend the concerned police station till the filing of charge sheet or 60 days from the date of this order, which ever is earlier.
