This is an application by Advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and signed by respondent No. 2 for withdrawal of 50% of the amount of compensation, with accrued interest, deposited in this Court.

In view of the fact stated in the application, the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are together allowed to withdraw the amount. The amount be paid to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that they will return the said amount in case the appeal
