Advocate Bhangde, upon instructions has filed pursis pointing out that on 6.2.2016 case papers have been collected from his office by petitioners to engage other counsel. Accordingly, papers and no objection has been given to petitioners for engaging another counsel.

After 62.2016 period of more than 2 months and 20 days has expired. The petitioners have not made any alternate arrangement. In this situation, we dismiss writ petition for want of prosecution. Rule discharged.
