Accepting the explanation given in the application which is not controverted, the delay of fifteen days in filing criminal revision application is condoned. The criminal application is allowed.

The learned Advocate for the applicant states that the applicant is regularly depositing Rs.1,500/- per month towards maintenance as per the order passed in proceedings under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

Accepting the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, it is directed that until further orders, in addition to the amount Rs.1,500/- which is being deposited by the applicant, he shall deposit Rs.1,500/-

2 appr97.15 more as per the impugned order i.e. in total the applicant shall deposit Rs.3,000/- per month from April 2016.

If the amount is regularly deposited by the applicant by 15th of every month, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned order shall stand stayed. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated time, the stay shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.
