CIVIL APPLN.ST.NO. 12692 OF 2016 Though learned counsel Shri A. R. Patil had appeared on behalf of the petitioner/applicant earlier, we find that learned counsel Mrs. T. D. Khade has not sought the no objection of the said counsel, before filing the review application, as required by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
However, since we do not find any merit, whatsoever, in the review application, and since no ground is made out for reviewing the order, dated 12/04/2016, without wasting time for compliance with the formalities, we dismiss the miscellaneous civil application with no order as to costs.
