Notice was issued to the respondent on the application for condonation of delay of 60 days caused in filing of the application for recall of the order dated 17-3-2017 passed in Company Petition No.24 of 2015 on 30-6-2017, as also to the added-respondents on 17-11-2017.

In spite of service of notice, none appears for the respondents.

2302cao783.17.odt After going through the averments made in the application for condonation of delay, which remained uncontroverted, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Hence, the delay caused is condoned.

Civil Application (CAO) No.783 of 2017 is allowed and disposed of.

Misc. Civil Application St. No.12303 of 2017 for recall of the order dated 17-3-2017, be placed for admission on 9-3-2018. The applicant/petitioner to communicate this order to the respondents by way of e-mail.
